Shipping

Every single product on our page is constantly in stock. This is the major difference between Custom Devils and other pages available. Our clients will only have to wait for our products due to transportation transition, not because of us. If for any reason we do not have in stock a certain product we will indicate this and also a date for reception.

Below we mention the different ways of shipping and the transition times for different countries.

Once your package has left our address, the estimated time of delivery depends on the mode of transportation chosen and the destination country.

If for any reason we are not able to meet the maximum estimation of delivery time we will inform the client of the new Conditions and ask for them to be accepted. If these conditions are not accepted we will automatically annul the order and proceed to give back the amount charged.

If ALEX ORIGINALS needs to change the transportation option due to internal needs it reserves the right to, but this however will not affect the client who will not under any circumstances be asked to pay any extra. We may change the mode of transportation but this will never be for a longer option in transition time. If we decide to send partial shipments again, it will be at no additional cost to the client.

Returns

ALEX ORIGINALS allow 7 days for you to return without any reason whatsoever but all articles MUST come as they left our premises with the original packaging, labels etc. To be able to return we must be informed beforehand and all transportation fees and administration fees must be paid by the client. Custom Devils will not accept any returns when the postage has not been prepaid.

All exclusive orders cannot be accepted by Custom Devils as returns. This accounts for all jackets etc that have been made with specific and special measurements.

Claims on goods:

Once you have received our package, if for any reason you feel that the package has been damaged or manipulated, please indicate so when the parcel is being delivered and open this in front of the transportation Company. This is not possible when choosing the economic option for transportation as the companies do not cover this service.

All discrepancies must be informed to Custom Devils immediately, indicated the Delivery note number and information of the problem. Please provide us with a telephone number so that we may contact you.

ALEX ORIGINALS would like to remind you that we will not accept any reclamation which occurs once 24 hours have passed after reception of our package.
